Former YWCA Purchase
The UCD is expanding! We have purchased the formally known YWCA building (1002 Cornelia St. in Utica)! When this project is completed, we will be able to provide more affordable and safe housing to our areas Veterans in need! This building will offer family size apartments as well as single household apartments. The need for affordable housing in downtown Utica is always increasing and these apartments will be a great addition!
