Looking for a place to watch the City of Utica St. Patrick's Day parade? Stop into the Utica Center for Development! Starting at 8am will be offering food and beverage in our Bunker Cafe. Our cafe offers a great view of the parade and is a great place to stay warm!
All proceeds from this event are benefiting the Bryan L. Jasek Memorial Fund.
